Mosaix

Mosaix je software pro polohování (nesting), který optimalizuje rozmístění 2D a 3D geometrie na jakýkoliv tvar a materiál. Jedinečnou vlastností, kterou Mosaix ční nad ostatní programy tohoto druhu, je možnost vyloučení poškozených nebo poškrabaných částí materiálu z výpočtu nebo ochránění určitých částí materiálu pro pozdější jiné využití. Mosaix je plně integrován v 3D modeláři Rhinoceros a je základním nástrojem pro jakoukoliv optimalizaci geometrie za účelem co nejlepšího využití materiálu a minimaplizace odpadu. Integrovaná optimalizace 2D/3D entit

Mosaix nabízí správu a výpočet rozmístění dvojrozměrných (libovolný počet úseček nebo křivek) a trojrozměrných (tělesa, plochy, polygonové stíě) entit. Mosaix dokáže na jedné ploše optimalizovat různé typy objektů, ať už 2D nebo 3D.

Zrcadlení, počet, priorita a správa skupin

Při optimalizaci polohy entit můžete nastavit různé parametry, jako je maximální a minimální počet kusů, priorita vkládání každého z prvků nebo zrcadlení prvků. Před provedením operace se Mosaix zeptá na minimální vzdálenost mezi prvky, vzdálenost od vnějších hran, první a druhou přípustnou hodnotu úhlu pro natočení prvků během optimalizace a na vrstvu, do které bude vložen výsledek. Mosaix nabízí možnost vypočítat obvod zbytkových oblastí, jejichž plocha by měla být využita při budoucí výrobě.

Detailní zpráva

Na konci optimalizační procedury zobrazí Mosaix informativní zprávu s celkovým počtem objektů, požadovanými počty a podrobnostmi o vkládaných objektech. V případě potřeby lze zprávu jediným kliknutím vytisknout.

Modul RaVe

RaVe je volitelný modul pro převod rastrových obrázků (např. fotografie a obrázky ve formátu jpeg, bmp, gif a png) na vektorovou grafiku (křivky), pro použití ve 2D i 3D..

Modul Bamboo

Bamboo je volitelný modul pro generování fráhy nástroje, který vytváří řezací dráhy pro jakoukoliv řezací technologii na trhu (drát, plazma, kyslíkový plamen, vodní paprsek atd)..
